All posts are posted in a news feed wall that we are used to from social media. Here one can easily get an overview of when and who posted the post.

The social aspect of the intranet solution is one of the thing we get really good feedback about from out customers. Insider and the news feed wall create a socially engaging platform for employees in your company.

Publish posts right on the wall, photos and files. The communication flow is simple, it is easier to give and receive messages. We all have experience with this kind of sharing through social media. The vast majority of our user doesn't need any training to get the system up and running becuase of the intuitive interface.

Chat & Channels

Chat with individuals or groups. The advantage of GeynetChat is that the contact list is automatically filled out, you don't have to look up or invite people to start a chat. Anyone who has access to the same Insider account will have the same contact list, just click to chat. Quick and easy!

Groups

The groups can have their own "channels" in chat and get their own information pages, file archive and news wall. Keeping good and informative communication in the project with this feature is easy.

File archive

Gather files you need in a good system with folders and subfolders. Find files in the archive with a search.
Groups can have their own file archive, well suited for a joint project.

Information pages

Find the documents you need for your projects or work tasks. It can be a information letter about how to deliver travel bills, how to write a process description or rules when purchasing.

The users themselves add the content, pictures, video links and can customize the content themselves.

Holiday Schedule

Need a holiday? Send a request and select who should approve, or sent it directly to approval if this has already been entered in the settings. Both will then receive an email about the request. The system also sends out emails as status changes from requested to approved or not approved. This is also a great way to inform all of the employees when someone is out of office.

Resource Booking

Here you can add all your shared resources like meeting rooms, cars, company cabins or something else. You will get a total overview of what is booked, by who and when.

Those who wish to reserve a resource go in and add the booking themselves.

Personal profile

The users have control of their own data and can update their contact information and profile images themselves.

Customizations and unique features

Needs that are not solved by standard functionality may require a customized solution. Insider has great opportunities, and if there is anything we want it is to be able to constantly develop this. Feel free to contact us if you have any thoughts about special features.

For other customers we have created special functions that handle, among other things - overtime food ordering, booking of yoga lessons and we have made a integration for a sales organization to display their key data.
